so the other day I was dealing with someone extremely toxic in champ select. talking about how they are smurfing and wanted adc. well ofc its Pick order>Call "Smurfing", so I went adc. not only did this person not even connect for the first 10 minutes of the game, but as soon as they got in were even more toxic than before. of course I report along with others and I receive a message saying that they've been handled. well the next day I get a friend add and sure enough it was him on a diamond account, the following conversation takes place.

I think being able to add someone just to continue to verbally harass someone should be taken seriously just as much as in game, I have the players name and the conversation saved if you need to get ahold of me, especially a diamond player, I'm sure they are not upset their silver act got banned or chat restricted, maybe if their main got some attention they may change their ways. this is what is wrong with the community Riot please take action.
