Ranked changes

I had a few ideas of changes that could maybe make ranked a bit better.

1. Start new level 30s at bronze 5 instead of being able to be in an elo that is not their level. In low silver there is an insane skill gap between some players, better players who are trying to climb shouldn't be stuck with players at 3 wins.

2. Add more "Padding" to ranked, currently there are way more silvers than bronze and I would like to see a bit of a tilt. More bronzes less silvers more golds. This would hopefully split players by skill a bit more( I would rather be bronze 2 playing with players my level than playing silver 4 with people far below my skill level.

3. Make the MMR system be able to be visualized more as rank isn't the sole dependent on matchmaking. I cannot think of any reasoning as why it should be hidden.
