-6 armor seratted dirk 1100 gold -8 armor duskblade early 2900 gold -13 armor duskblade late 2900 gold -4% total armor 1 stack of cleaver 3000 gold -35% total armor lord dominiks regard thank god its total now. 2800 gold

4.3 lethality= -2.75 armor (Rune-Sudden Impact) late game.

Early armor reduction burst -6 armor from seratted dirk+-2.75=-8.75 armor from target.

-44 armor -35-59% depends on stacks is what you can negate if you go full lethality Runes and items x4 lehality items x2 armor pen items and the cost of 15k gold to reduce that armor below.

if someone has 900 armor he will remain with 505 armor 1 stack/6 stacks=325 armor(-575 armor) (77% reduced attack damage)

So if someone has 400 armor -39%=-44 armor=244 armor -44 armor=200 armor from 400 (-200 armor) 1 stack max stacks (6)will leave the target with =164 armor +lethality=120 armor left from 400 =(-280 armor) (55% reduced attack damage)

If someone has 200 armor

=122 armor -44=78 armor (-122 armor) 1 stack/6 stacks=38 armor(-162 armor) (28% reduced attack damage)

if someone has 80 armor he will remain with=4 armor. (-76 armor) 1 stack/6 stacks = -12armor= (0 armor)= reduction (-92 armor)(0% reduced attack damage)

Its very weak vs armor especially if its 6 stacks to reach it there plus if there are shields to the one you fight yikes.

And yet people will still stay lethality counters armor and needs to be nerfed.

I mean, it's known fact that armor counters lethality, but it's easier to cry and whine when getting outplayed/outroamed and then killed by 8/0 assassin.

Yep. That's how it's supposed to work. Lethality is for making squishy, unarmored targets even squishier, amping damage against the enemy damage dealers who usually can't afford to build armor early.

It's part of the reason why AD assassins fall off late, since the squishies have completed their core items and are now looking at items like Zhonya's and GA to round out their build.

I don't think you understand what you are talking about, those numbers are all incorrect. Late game a full pen build gets you 64 lethality + 24% reduction + 35% total pen. Against a standard tank you are looking at ~300-400 armor.

300 armor: 300 x .76 = 228 228 x .65 = 148.2 148.2 - 64 = 84.2

400 armor: 400 x .76 = 304 304 x .65 = 197.6 197.6 - 64 = 133.6

Your math also needs some work it seems like, but the idea stays the same. Even though armor is supposed to counter lethality, you can still negate ~70% of it on a tank. As for squishies

150 armor (roughly the amount a carry has with 1 armor item late game): 150 x .76 = 114 114 x .65 = 74.1 74.1 - 64 = 10.1

That means that if a carry has 2000 hp and 150 armor, you would need to do a little more than 2200 damage to kill them. Zed would do that with r-e-auto at that point in the game. Darn, armor is so op.
