Can we nerf Kai'Sa going tanky and doing damage plox?

Ok first of all im gonna say my experience in this ranked game that cost me -18 LP from Kai'Sa getting frozen mallet and stormrazor and killing even our khazix 1v3 and Zed seriously our zed died from Lulu lol and i was playing Ahri i had 3500 hp and 160 armor and with her thing that throws off the map she reduced 1/3 of my whole hp without even jumping on me just from far away and her shield is like 1000 hp one she had 26/6/4 she also had the classic fleet footwork that heals more than a nasus q and rageblade and that ofc means 2k dmg when she go on you even if she was 2 levels behind and btw she never went on me cause i was careful and poking from far but still the game wasnt winnable even if it lasted 41 minutes.

P.S Kai'Sa should be nerfed she has a 49,80% winrate but a 14% playrate! and if that was anywhere from 7-6% she would had over 52% winrate and also if she had like 4% 5% playrate and that winrate i would never complain but come on 14% playrate and doing all that? you gotta be kidding i hope the adcs nerfs on the next patch stop that going tank as adc madness and destroying everyone (and lastly that was the reason Riot nerfed Ahri back in season 4-5 cause she was doing damage while building tanky thats exactly the reason today with adcs such as Kai'Sa) thanks for reading.

(I want actual answers not just downvotes cause i can do that too if i dont care its easy)

TL;DR op lost to a fed kaisa so kaisa needs to be nerfed despite next patches stormrazor changes already being a nerf to her

Kai'Sa is a hyper carry, which means that if you let her get fed and the game is past 30 minutes, you have lost.

Her early game is terrible and she depends heavily on items for everything. You need to beat her in the early-mid game or else she WILL beat you in the late game. She's got no CC, no escapes until she builds a ton of attack speed, and no defensive abilities whatsoever. Kill her early so she can't snowball.

An ADC who buys one defensive item isn't "going tanky." They're making a token effort to not get one-shot by assassins. There's not much else to say without being able to look over the match in question in your match history.
