She is BROKEN AF. Infinite Shunpo. 100% unpretictable Shunpo.
I think the verdict is out on Kat right now. She is so different that a lot of people do not know how to play as her or against her yet. I would just sit back and see what shakes out in terms of how good/bad she is... There is a lot of learning to do with her.
