Stay with jgl. ADC is a completely different role and is harder to influence a game on

I'd advise you to get out of the jungle. It's harder to influence the game from the jungle due to how hard lanes tend to feed. If you're a good AD carry, at least you can guarantee that one lane won't feed. Nothing feels worse as a jungler than having all 3 lanes without completely powerless to stop it.

Now you might be thinking, "but can't the jungler also feed?". Thing is, unlike a laner, a jungler's performance is based on their laners' performance. You won't see a jungler going 0-5 at the snap of a finger for no reason but laners do it all the time. When a jungler feeds, 90% of the time it's after his lanes have fed. So by playing a lane, you actually have a better chance since there are now only 2 lanes with the potential of feeding instead of 3 when you play as a jungler, and if your jungler focuses on your lane which is not hard feeding, he and you might actually get ahead which means your team now has 2 roles winning.

In other words, a laner can win without a winning lane, but a jungler cannot. A top lane Renekton can go 5-0 even when his mid is 0-5 and his bot lane is 0-9 and he might be able to carry. A jungler, however will never go 5-0 when all his lanes lost.

if you stay in jungle then flow with the changes to the jungle

right now tank junglers are pretty meta like nunu or rammus

Apples and oranges. 😐

There's a huge difference in terms of game play - between this two roles...

As ADC you have a support and you count A LOT on that support (bot lane it's not the best ADC that wins - it's usually the best support - especially early game when most ad's don't pack enough damage). The game-play is pretty consistent (just free farm creeps till there's an opportunity to land a kill - and latter push the turret). Till you get ganked by mid or jungle (rarely top).

AS Jungle - beyond the early leash you're going solo. You rarely count on anyone - but almost every lane counts on you. You're the game changer (a good gank can land a 1st kill or bring down the 1st turret - or at least take down some plates). Farming in the jungle is never consistent. There's lots of paths you can take - including the enemy's jungle. Same as bot lane wards can make a huge difference - but you're the one who's suppose to ward the river or the jg. Early game you're bound to contest the Scuttler crab - while latter on you have to watch out for Dragons (champions like WW can solo a dragon at lvl 3 - so that's something you have to keep in mind when they're picked) and Rift Herald.
