Kindred's Ultimate

I wanted to bring this subject into discussion, about Kindred ult. I need the opinion of the majority regarding her ult being a totally game changer and if it should be reworked.

Recently, i've started to play Kindred a lot, she's amazing, her kit is fast paced and works in harmony, all that untill you get to the ULT part. Now, as far as i remember, Kindred could cast ult on an ally when she was released, and i'd say it's time to bring that back, might be just me being unskilled, but out of all the games i've played i'd rather saved entire enemy teams than saving my own.

It either needs to be allowed casting on an ally or simply disable the healing towards enemies. I get it, it's a life/death champion but in my light, it's the only champion that brings no real benefits in a tight teamfight, and it might turn games into a russian roulette.

Those above, or i am really unskilled. What do you guys think? Should her ult not heal enemies anymore but keep the HP threshold in place while is active? Is it the only ultimate in the game actually helps enemies?

I like Kindreds ult. It’s the Darwin Award of ults, which fits Kindreds theme. You either stay in it and can’t die, or you run out of it and then die.

Funny story, was playing with a Yasuo who would always run out of my ult when I played Kindred and got himself killed. He’d always rage at me why I didn’t follow or cast my ult on him. The rest of the team was fine though.

Definitely a Darwin Award ult.

I always thought her ult was out of place with the rest of her kit. Just a random AOE trynda ult in a champ that doesn't get any low HP bonuses. I mean it still works because she's ranged and currently ranged AD champs are the dominating force in the current meta it just feels weird. She seemed like she'd have some sort of Jayce switcharoo interaction between her and the wolf with her ult. Like you change to the wolf with a different skillset and the lamb follows you around.

I saw a trist ult someone OUT of the zone once to kill them, was a super great moment. Love when people are actively thinking about that.

That is the difference between a good kindred and a great kindred. As long as her win rate is close to 50% I don't have a problem with the ult. There are many things you can use your ult for outside of team fights; e.g. getting picks by baiting burst combos. In team fights, what you have to do is to play a little bit more aggressive than you normally should and basically kill trade with and important enemy. As soon as they are down and you have a significant dps advantage, you pop your ult and try to get everyone as low as possible. this will obviously result in your team winning the team fight because they just have a numbers advantage while there are only smol health differences and things like that.
