Bronze 5 S.O.S

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I know I'm not the only one with this problem...I started in Bronze II only to be demoted to Bronze V. (Mostly due to my own error. I'll admit.)

However, it is now three months after the fact and despite the fact that I have improved incredibly, I am still stuck in Bronze. My K/D in each game is almost always positive and I DO NOT feed. I make sure to keep wards in lane (I play Top/Mid). I do make mistakes but far fewer. In ranked I can usually hold or win my lane and even roam to mid or bot to secure plays there as well.

It just seems that my teammates don't trust eachother and lack the knowledge of positioning in team fights and how to properly gank. I cant tell you how many times the jungler has approached from river when approaching from near turret would've prevented an escape causing us to lose a kill. Sometimes the jungler will even dive and die.

Also, why do people in bronze consider a 1 for 1 trade worth?

I know I'm not a platinum challenger master god tier player. But I'm definitely not deserving of this bronze hell I'm facing.

Are there any tips for playing ranked in solo/duo queue to improve my** W/L ratio**?
