Nexus Blitz: Tanks and the On fire "Buff"

most tanks who do get this "buff", all they really get is cdr. What i mean is 25% more dmg is like armour pen for ur enemies and you cannot go on the front lines without getting melted so its hard.

Could we see some different buffs for tanks like instead of attack speed get 15% more hp but something like 10% less movespeed/CDR i really dont know
