Is Ignite used for every role now?

Just a quick thought i had for a discussion, I feel that ignite is used in place of Teleport, exhaust, and barrier impacting all three roles. With the Exhaust nerf about a year ago people were still taking it but now that ignite has been buffed, exhaust just doesnt feel as impactful on the game. Ignite just feels overused in every game which could be due to the flavor of the month, but i feel it just performs too well compared to the other Summoner spells. Just wanted to see your guys thoughts on this.
