Yep , against Riven and jax and Darius she is very op , but sion and tanks are a little hard but if you get first kill you own them , and always start with item 1076 item 3165 item 3157 item 3255 dont build item 3027

I haven't actually seen very many Liss's top since the change, but that goes for Fizz also. She's still a good counter pick.

I'm going to make something clear to everyone regardless of what elo you are: Every champion is viable; they work well depending on team comp.

For lissandra, she is a good pick against assassins and squishy comps. Shes weak against very tanky comps.

It's a tank meta. A lot of teams have 2-3 tanks now, and Lissandra really doesn't shine unless she can force an ADC/Assassin/Mage to afk in a teamfight and die.
