What's happening to riot lol?

It seems everything they touch turns to err... best not to say, but practically everything lol to runeglave to sated devour to the new champions reworks to the new hud, And I suppose it wouldn't be so bad if Riot were willing to actually discuss why they made certain changes or even revert some, if the general community doesn't like it, why not? Sometimes it feels like Riot is a stubborn little child that only likes things done his way and wont listen to anyone that says anything different, Like the new hud I believe it was pbe for quite some time even tho people were giving feedback and didn't like it, Riot did it anyway lol. And when it was released with pretty big backlash from the community and Riot stays quite?

I like the game obviously and Riot needs to actually swallow their pride sometimes and just admit they made a mistake and communicate that to people who actually play the game, honestly if Riot did that I don't think Riot would have so much hate.

Anyway they really need to fix some some of the stuff they done recently is not affecting the game positively.

Peace

Riot has either grown really scared or really proud, both are bad, Mostly i'm sick of Ironliefeld and his goons wrtecking champions looks without any chance to refund or replace them,

Well considering they do AMAs on virtually every change they make I would say that they "actually discuss why they made certain changes or even revert some". Your post is completely irrelevant and I'm sorry you do not bother to actually READ anything that Riot posts on the status of the game. I may be wrong, but I bet you are one of those people that doesn't even bother reading the patch notes after each new patch and then wonder why something isn't working as well as it did before.

Nope wrong I do, is that a undercover Riot profile there lol. And I don't mean just patch notices genius Riot does one thing and people express they don't like it, Riot do nothing so your argument is completely invalid lol

People may express they don't like it but the majority of the community, especially in their AMAs, express approval of what they do. Also to be noted is the fact that I said Riot does discuss what they are doing, that however does not mean they HAVE to listen to the trolls and ragers on these boards that post senseless and/or hateful comments about the work they do.

This doesn't happen.

Well, you see, Riot has a duty to Tencent and other investors. That's profit. They could become a soft drink company if it turned out to be more profitable. The fact that they make a game (one you don't even have to pay for) speaks to their passions. They don't actually owe you shit, silly consumer. You CHOOSE to invest your time, you CHOOSE if you spend any money, as well as how much. They don't have to say anything at all to us, but they do.

Also, the forums/subreddit are not the "general community," only a percentage. Not even close to a majority.

Sorry that no one cares enough to join your little QQ party here.

Am worried that they are going to change Mundo and other fun champioons for a gritty and dark like gankplank and Sion.

I love the new hud, When it came to pbe i hated playing with it, but i got used to it and realised how much better it is. Give it time.

I feel like Riot might be slowly Jagex'ing themselves, taking things in a wrong direction and not listening to community feedback. This is exactly what happened to RuneScape back when it was the most popular. Especially new fiora splash and, in my opinion, new hud are something we really didn't need, I'd rather have spectator mode/game recording. I mean, Fiora had good art already, why does it have to be changed at all?

When it comes to HUD, I don't really know why we needed the new one. It just feels worse to me having all information in the same place, takes way longer to recognize which cooldown belongs to which item/ability/summoner spell. I've died way too many times in the last two days thinking my triforce was my flash.

I see no problem with anything really.

I personally don't mind the new HUD. Most reworks they do are fantastic. Neutral on sated devourer step in the right direction but still needs tweaking. Runglaive is in a good spot now.

There is nothing wrong in what Riot does. It's the community that is being ridiculously criticising (the vocal minority that is).

Game balance is being monitored costantly and changes come in patches, so obviously there's time between the changes. Graphical chages can never satisfy everyone but overall the quality is better. Feedback is also being listened to some extent. Champion reworks are literally the best thing they have been doing recently. The new hud was changed a lot during its time on the pbe and more is probably still coming.
