Jungle:
- Passive lasts 1 min 30 sec while in jungle. Spawns faster. Q/W damage increase 100% to monsters.
- Passive will always spawn graves when killing monsters.

Q: Mana cost now scales with charges consumed, instead of spell rank: 60 +20 for each additional charge after the first (From 70/80/90/100/110 -> 60/80/100/120/140 based on charges consumed)
Q: Healing per charge: 30-> 27/30/33/36/39 (max healing 30/60/90/120/150 -> 27/60/99/144/195)
W passive armor: 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% -> 10/12/14/16/18%
W: While tethered to an ally and while W shield is active, Taric's own passive bonus armor is doubled to 20/24/28/32/36% (does not effect the bastion-marked ally and does not stack with itself)
E damage: 90/130/170/210/250 -> 70/115/160/205/250

Movespeed: 330 -> 335
Passive: Stacks can be gained by CCing large minions and monsters as well
Passive: No cooldown for stacks gained from monsters dying (3s cooldown still in effect for minions and CCing enemies)

I just really want to see tanks viable in more than kill focused duo lanes.
jungle, literally everything in his kit is screams ap jger which we desperately need more of but na, riot wants to funnel him into mid cuz pro play
Q on Sunlight marked targets triggers the damage; E works on any non-minions.
She has the base stats to jungle efficiently and her ganks would be ridiculous, plus IBG/Sunfire is bad in a support role. Solo lane Leona works but Q change would benefit any solo lane position, in reality meaning Leona could run at least 4 positions. Just the E change would at least speed up jungle clears.
Taric was supposed to remain top lane viable while focused around support, the same as his pre-rework, but outside of funneling strats this didnt hold.
Also I want 
to be shifted more towards Tank builds than knock off enchanters. Especially since Bard is more "AD Carry #2" than support
Honestly, illaoi just needs the darius treatment from this patch to be a jungler. If she healed from her passive off of tentacles on large monsters it would work, her clear is already decent (from experience) in speed, but it really wouldn't matter, her ganks suck

That's it, really. He just should be a jungler. You could give him a damage to monsters buff like Ekko has, increase damage to monsters on his poison trail, or uncap his damage on E. Mana sustain in the jungle is very good at the moment. But if I saw singed on paper without numbers or context and no prior history, I'd assume he was a jungler.
