I feel like Banner of Command is Underappreciated

This item that promotes them minions giving some nice stats as well I feel is underused item 3060

I seem to do quite well with this item if I can manage to promote a cannon minion and have it backdoor an area. It seems to work extremely well if we distract the enemy team before they realize that minion has taken 2 towers (and they go down faaaaaaast). Did I also mention that its immune to magic as well? Only a AD person can quickly take one down.

Anyone else think that Banner of Command item 3060 is underappreciated for supports?

i tend to get it more often then not due to the stats. plus taking ruby ss allows you to use this item more often.

item 2045 has a passive that gives all items with actives a 20% cdr

i love getting banner as a support... but i do miss the ap it use to give

well yah anuy item actives are lowered by 20% i think 30 would be better but what eves cdr is cdr

why arent you building it? you counter ziggs by doing this...

and as an adc rush item 3155 then your core items and you win

last game as adc i was vs a ziggs. i went 20-7-14 1st item was item 3155

yeah but if you wanna split without being in lane banner is better. besides i'm a support main and need to find some way to farm.
