Basically I just played against this champ and his W is not clearly visible like his other skins. This is just like when one of ziggs skins made his Q a little tiny sparkly dot. This skin is clearly OP and should get fixed. Making his W hard to see riot really? Do I have to explain how freaking OP that is for the W of all the abilities that is hard to see why the W RIOT

Veigar's passive is broken for how his damage scales. A passive like that shouldnt have any ap ratios above 60% and most should be 30 but that has little to do with this conversation. Yea his W shouldnt be less visable when it does so much damage in an aoe i might add
