dodge penalty while not dodging

Hello, I entered queue for playing my second promo game. When i was in lobby, I picked a champion and then I was kicked out so I thought someone dodged, specifically of the guy who picked thresh cause he was grieving about Tristana going to mid. Anw, then a message appeared that i have lost my promo series cause I dodged while in actuality I haven't. I'm 100% sure that I haven't miss-clicked either because I was rolling a cigarette and my hands were neither close to mouse nor keyboard. Furthermore, when I'm not touching my mouse it goes dormant-like (Eco mode) and i have to double click it to enable it again. And lastly, I'm confident that when you try to leave game a message appears to verify if you really want to leave which eliminates the possibility of miss-clicking completely. I don't know if this is general bug or if someone of my team was using a third-program and kicked me cause they didn't like of me going Tristana mid (elo is gold 4-2). Is there a way to verify that I haven't dodged and if possible reset the promos as they were( 1 lose, 2 unplayed)?

p.s The autofill protected that reads you're guaranteed one of your selected positions during your promo series is still on, if this indicates something.
