Can we get confirmation from Riot they won't buff Illaoi if her winrate isn't stellar on day one?

I mean, I'd hate to see the cycle of overbuffing and nerfing continue, and I doubt I'm the only one. Also, going by first impressions, she seems like the kind of champion that could be easily abused once the right item build comes along.
