First discussion. Complaint about DFG Removal

My complaint about the removal of dfg isn't the lack of the item it's the lack of a cdr item that gives decent apc stats without the mana. Even though items such as , , and exist rarely do they fill the role of an ap mid item except for (wota on vlad) even then champions that are less dependant on mana regeneration have lost a high power cdr item and have received no compensation for it.
