Riot, could you please let Ekko jungle again? (With bonus paint art :)

It saddens me to not be able to play him in jungle where he was most successful originally. His kit fits really well there and some simple buffs would really help out his early jungle clear.

My first suggestion would be to remove or lower his passive lockout timer against neutral monsters, It really doesn't make sense that he can't abuse his passive more isince Vi's can abuse her W passive. You also may need to just buff his damage against jungle mosnters by giving his Q a 150% increase in damage against neutral monsters or something along those lines would be nice.

I don't ask for much and I really never post on here to begin with, but if I could play Ekko in jungle again that would be amazing :)
