Earlier in the week I hated DQ and now I think I may be sliding to the other side.....

Honestly I think DQ is not perfect by any means but I think it may be a step in the right direction. The biggest problem is that it SUCKS for high rated players but think about the past riot has fixed the problems they have caused (It may take them a while but they do) so I am hopeful they will fix the queue times and fix the matchmaking problems where challenger players are playing with diamonds. Seriously though hopefully riot will iron the kinks out of DQ and we will have an overall better system. I think the system helps with trolling a good bit it makes champion select a much better experience and when the players are matched up well (which for me happens pretty well I am not high rated) we all get our role and most of the time the quality of the game is better.

Please leave your thoughts do you hate DQ? Do you love it?

One of the biggest problems with dynamic queue is how easy it is to abuse for boosting. If you're sitting in gold 5, and want to get to plat, you simply find a team to smurf in silver 5, and you get easy wins to plat. Not only that but there are only so many 5 man queue's of even skill out there, so it's not uncommon for 5 man dynamic queue's to be paired with random groups of people. This gives them a clear advantage in teamwork and communication. This shown by my group of friends, our 5 man queue in ranked currently hasn't lost a game in a week because of how unbalanced the scales are. The other issue is that dynamic queue, in its current state, does not reflect personal skill well enough, and does not provide a competitive enviroment for 5 man teams. I think that dynamic queue IS a step in the correct direction, but at the same time can't help but feel it's in need of some serious work, and is currently bad for the games ranked community.

I agree I want team five v fives to come back. I don't like five man dynamic very much it feels a bit lack luster.

If you are ok with being treated like a backwards customer you have to lie to for months because you may get mad then go ahead and play Dynamic queue. But do know the amount of respect from RIOT for you as customer is around 0 Kelvin

Dynamic Queue seems fine to me. There really was no reason to not allow trios and 4's when duos were allowed and no matter what happens to the queue, in the long run your games will average out to place you in your correct skill level.

Role selector is all positives even though that's where the source of the high queue times are coming from. I'm surprised that mid players are complaining about 10 minute queue times for their role when previous seasons had you easily go 3 or more games in a row where you are relegated to other positions, with very solid odds of you being forced to support. There's still room for improvement, but a 10 minute queue for mid/top lane sounds much better than 40 minutes in a random role that's probably neither of those.
