Zac jg has a higher total healing rate on average than Soraka Support.

if it now would also show total health lost due healthcosts, he would probably also be way ahead of anyone. ~60-70% of his healing done is purely to compensate the healthcosts...
Isn't that because Zac's passive makes him a sustain tank that heals himself while Soraka's kit is around healing others. Also Zac's sustain is just picking up blobs on the ground, Soraka's sustain is having to land a very predictable skill shot on enemy champions.
