Add to wishlist option in the store

So it recently occurred to me that sometimes when I don't have enough RP/IP to buy something within the store it would be nice to have an area where I could place all the things I want or am planning to buy so that I can keep track of them and easily check when I can get them etc... Also it could be a nice way to see what someone would like gifted to them.
