Need help beating vayne

So I am a fairly bad player, about gold 5, but I have a lot of fun with zed. One of the worst adc for me to fight are vayne, cause late game her invisible ruins my chance at killing her instantly and leaving. I was wondering how better players play around this so I can imporve my games, thanks in advance!

item 2055 item 3364 item 3047 and in team fight situations you need your team to CC her so you can pick her off

also taking summoner 3 might be a better option so you can lock her down to get your damage off.

yea cuz she is gonna position behind her peel and tankers ... so your zed u gotta dive through them not get cced or slowed and then pick her off as she Qs and condemns you

assassins arent great team fighters... adcs are ... your job as an assassin is to make picks ... you have one burst combo and your pretty much done. you need her to be out of position.

but ur job as zed isnt to kill vayne per say its to kill the target that is out of position for u to safely to do so to make the fight adventitious for your team... you turn the 5 vs 5 into a 5 vs 4 by picking off the squishy... the janna , the raka, the lux or if its the adc who is caught out then them

I wouldn't even pick Zed against her. The key to beating Vayne as a mid-laner is to pick something reasonably tankier and that has cc, this way you can pop her before she pops you.

Swain can lock her down pretty easily, since if you watch closely, you can see the direction she is tumbling in through the animation and react accordingly with his root. I have trapped and killed countless Vayne's in this manner and proceeded to pop Zhonyas after throwing down my full combo, utterly killing that squishy bitch. In addition Swain can survive her burst and unlike Malzahar, she is less likely to to think that she should buy quicksilver sash, since that is an item mainly used against suppressions and not general hard cc, and nobody even fucking thinks to buy mikael's nowadays.

Remember, this is a viable tactic, because Vayne is extremely weak to all forms of any interrupt, due to her being reliant on using her tumble to proc her %truedamage rings. If she can't proc them, she's useless, and you destroy her.
