When is the /Pause option going to come? Is it ever?

I mean it is in tournament games, so it would not be too hard to put it into reality.

Riot could make each team have 1 pause with a duration of 3-4 minutes. When someone request a pause, the team votes and if the majority of the team agree on the pause, the game will be paused.

This can save lots of ranked, and even normal games, when a teammate disconnects or goes AFK to give him 5 minutes to come back. I can see this being abused when a team is loosing but 4 minutes is not that much time and since the whole team has to vote, at least one person would not abuse. In all I think this is something important missing from league of legends that can be easily included.
