Riot barely listens to the community.
Noone replies to threads, answers questions or just tells us about the situation currently. Like the fuck is happening? You can't avoid the fact that this patch sucks

They do, they just don't have someone watching over every single thread to answer every single question.
See?
Because 90% of threads are walls of text full of crying and whining how their imaginary friends are quitting game because yasuo has 100% crit, wihtout anyone giving actual proper feedback. Its just a preseason, so its really not relevant what happens in games now. They are gonna balance it for season 6.
Who wants to respond to some kid saying "your work sucks" - if a customer engaged me and said "Your product sucks" I'd invite them to seek business elsewhere. Constructive criticism helps - people saying "THIS SUCKS" doesn't help anything.
