Couldn't remake after teammate hadn't connect to game ( Ranked game)

So everything was good in champ select had an ally yorick that i was duoing with he 100% connects in game and then boom his wifi crashes just as he is about to enter into game. Along came the 3 minute mark and it would not let us /remake saying the usual error message for why we couldn't remake despite our top lane yorick never connecting in the first place. Yorick was afk for 15 minutes before he was finally able to join the game and we still lost anyways. So I just lost lp for something out of my control.

Can you please fix this problem or at least change the parameters for the remaking if player has connect e.g. 100% on loading screen but suddenly disconnects.
