No Keybindings (Major Issue/Unplayable Bug)

all of them dont work. Spam them 100 times dont work. No lag, happens every other game. I reload it still doesnt work. Reset still doesnt work.

If the answer is I have to send system files to league every time this happens then the game has become unplayable.

This bug has been around since Season 4 and yet its only gotten worse.

Edit: Just had to play an entire game as Varus with only auto attacks and clickable abilities - reloaded the game multiple times until level 7 - did better than the 2/14/3 Zed mid lane.

But for real this is absurd - League is LITERALLY unplayable with this bug. What the actual %$&^?

Edit 2: Currently am uninstalling the game because I refuse to send multiple logs to Riot only to take weeks to not even solve the problem, which is seemingly how they handle bugs in this game. If the uninstall doesn't work I guess im forced not to play.
