Are Queue's messed up?

Ive never in my LoL life had so many missed queues in a row. The other night and tonight it has gone over 25 times where someone didn't accept queue, only to then have someoen dodge queue once in. This is for Solo/Duo Queue on NA, and like I said I have never had it this bad.

Also what is with the autofill feature? I know we had it previously and I never noticed it but now it is every other game. Id rather wait 5-10mins then get put support every 3rd game...
