Should an ADC in silver 5 be able to carry?

It's gona look like a rant, it's not supposed to be a rant. Serious question. Like, I suck ass at ADC, would it be cool if I played that role in ranked knowing the best I could do is farm and not feed?

Or is it cool that they main ADC, get that role, pick Kog'Maw when we already picked Yi jg, Soraka supp and other non peel champs? Is it cool that they are ADC but if things don't go their way they tilt off the planet. Is it cool if your adc cant farm more than 50 cs in 10 min and after lane, goes mid, never goes back bot to catch big waves, ends a 40 min game with no more than 150cs?

I don't think it is but it's a real question. Should ADCs in silver 5 at least have the potential to carry their team?

I wish there was some way to inform ADCs players, teach them how to play and maybe even untilt them. They don't bother to learn how to last hit. They don't bother to learn how to make good trades. They don't bother to learn how to position.

You cant give them advise they're already tilted so much.
