The Tribunal (AFK/Disconnects)

The Tribunal to me, I feel is really hard on players that Disconnect or AFK and when you leave a game your team is one man short but I feel its too hard on you.

1. The first time you leave a game you will get a warning but after that you will risk getting banned/P.Q (Priority Queue) and it is stated in a forum about the tribunal that it is possible for someone to get banned within 1-2 games and lets be real, there will always be that 1 person that lives with his/hers parents that just want to check their Facebook or twitter etc. and there will be lagers that disconnect because they have bad internet and Riot will punish you just for disconnecting/afk even if you just left for 15 secs. and there will always be that player that just leaves the game because he/she has to go

2. Then take a look at FPS games especially Call of Duty there are a lot of rage quitters lagers etc. and its insane how much people leave a match in just 1 week and they don't get punished for it. (probably because other people will just rejoin anyways)

3. When the Tribunal punishes you for AFK/Disconnects, you either receive a ban or P.Q. At first the P.Q may not seem that bad its just 5 mins. before finding a match but if you leave more and more the timer increases to 10 to 20 mins. even up to an hour and what about people that buy skins and RP and other merchandise? They will just have to buy even more RP cards at 7-11 or something and the more you leave the higher the punishment so if you want to go afk I have to ask a sibling to play for me and risk my team losing

4. What if I had an emergency? In the Tribunal forum you still get punished even if it is just an emergency. What if I had a friend is dying and he only had a few hours of life or what if a robber came and destroyed my PC and got away or what if my house was on fire you still get punished and they say it is "your responsibility"

5. A way they can Improve the AFK/Disconnects is by adding timer that is not visible to players but when a player leaves the timer takes effect. When the AFK returns the timer will not reset but, if the player took too long and he/she exceeds the time limit then the player that is AFK get a 50/50 chance on the punishment and the timer will reset when the player completes a match. So what if I want to close this youtube video but I cant just close the game because of the punishment riot will give me but if they add this (I doubt they would) I can close it and I wont be punished for it
