ON HIT MAGIC DAMAGE IS BROKEN.
Honestly, the new on hit magic damage for junglers is retarded. It takes absolutely no skill to do ridiculous amounts of mixed damage that players cannot itemize against. The old feral flare was balanced, but the whole "gain stacks upon assists or champions" is ridiculous. I have had too many games where I have had a non-attacking speed/on hit oriented jungler that ends up causing me the game because the enemy jungler just out scales too hard for no reason. They can spend the entire game just farming camps to deal massive amounts of damage, rendering all non on hit junglers useless. RITO PLZ NERF.
