Prizing for a tournament w/ only 4-7 teams?

Hey all, I'm trying to get a tournament going at my Uni, but I anticipate only 4-7 teams showing up. Does anyone know the policy on riot sponsored prizing if a tournament is under the 8 team guaranteed prizing?
