Make the Azir soldier's last longer

@Riot Currently Azir is sitting at around a 43% win rate. But that could all change if you simply make his soldier's last longer. Soldier's can only last about 9 seconds and that is not enough considering that his q is on a 4 second cooldown you will only be able to q about 2 times before you need to use you mana again to q again and it is not mana efficient especially in lane and his high cooldown combo's but these buffs will help him increase his winrate without increasing his dmg. Please at least consider this :D
