Stormrazor late game?

Is it even worth keepinng when an adc is full build+ the crit passive is pretty useless when you have a zeal item and ie, and the base stats arent worth as much as other crit items, so instead of having a build such as: why not sell the stormrazor for something like , the cooler cousin,

TLDR: i dont think stormrazor synergizes well with other crit items and shouldnt be held onto late game as an adc
