Dodging buff pls

Why is dodging such a sin? if I don't want to play a game with lets say a teemo jungle, I shouldn't be penalized for it, especially if its my promos, I'm sure everyone on our side of the lobby doesn't want to waste 20 minutes and 20 lp, we should get 1 free dodge per day and or less consequences for dodging, quality over quantity, i'd gladly wait an extra 5 or so minutes to get an actually decent game going especially with autofill still lurking.
