Alright so regardless of the opinion of the most people here, Zed is really damn weak as he is right now. Riot managed to nerf his stats which was fine, but then they nerfed items as well ( nerfing lethality ) which made him so goddamn weak. Honestly speaking, ( not a zed main by the way ), Zed should get some buffs. Here's my recommendation Q base damage up W lesser cooldown Attack speed up Basically just to revert all the nerfs they made to him. He is an assassin but he's extremely weak at this moment right now especially because of the stopwatch rune

He is not weak, people just tunneled into lethality and forgot that items like item 3035 and item 3071 are a thing. He can still dominate mid lane in the right hands. I agree item 2420 made his game a little harder, if anything i would rather see stopwatch availability delayed by 1-2 minutes instead of buffing Zed. That would hep him a bit earlier in the game.

I agree.

There's no reason to pick him. You can do so much more with conventional mages from mid to late game...

He split-pushes better, that's it. But you can't even do that if they send an armoured Top with TP to guard against you.

Zed doesn't need buffs, he functions perfectly well still, and is quite capable of dealing with targets. Instead of just teamfighting, try split pushing. Zed is terrifying 1v1 and you can use him to great effect just by split pushing and drawing individual targets to you while your team contests the rest of their team by pressuring another objective.
