How do the new Baron buff and Elixer of ruin affect champion pets.

I was reading patch notes and I noticed that the Baron buff had effects for specific minion types. I was wondering how this would affect champion pets. Would something like a Malzahar's void-ling or Annie's Tibers be counted as melee minion and Heimer's turret be counted as a caster minion, or would Baron buff not affect them at all. Same goes for Elixer of ruin, would the get 30% structure damage, because pets count as champion damage, just 15%, or none at all.
