[Gameplay] Heimerdinger's turrets don't always target propely.

Basically the title. Some times when a Heimer turret is attacking an enemy minion it won't target a champion that is attacking/being attacked by Heimerdinger until it kills its minion. Also sometimes around structures after a minion kill they don't retarget anything even if Heimerdinger is attacking.

Sorry for no pics/vids. If any one knows of a game recorder that doesn't affect performance to much let me know.
