Lets make a support that removes the counterplay of staying behind a creepwave. Also lets give him an AoE 
because that item totally isnt problematic to begin with...

- He has ONE offensive move, and it only hits two targets. If you're behind your wave, you will be fine.
- And like Zhonya's, its entirely situational. Use it on your team, and you give your opponents a chance to set up in advance. Use it on the enemy team, and you could accidentally protect them from your side's burst. Its a double edged sword, and an interesting one at that.
