I found an awesome balancing suggestion for adc

AS and Crit should be separate,that way you either hit hard or hit fast! and everything can be balanced around it! if u want to hit fast ur hits wont be as strong (say around 70% as strong as it currently is) but u will attack very fast and vice versa not sure if it is a good idea but I like it!

Well, that's soooort of how it is right now. Adcs want attack damage, attack speed, and critical strike chance. You can buy an item with two, but never all three. The problem is that if we split up these effects even further, I expect it would be much more difficult for adcs to hit any sort of significant early game power bump. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but they are fairly weak early game and don't become truly dangerous unless fed or have had the chance to build both attack speed and an infinity edge. (Nevermind the whole leathality thing)
