This interaction is quite frequent. Basically, Jayce 's knockback is delayed, just like Tristana 's W, Rocket Jump. So, Jayce cast it a bit before Kai'sa, then Kai'sa ulted and she got knocked back afterwards. It's not only an interaction between those two champs.
