I like to play Taric and rush tanky support items, often omitting sightstone to gain a lane advantage stat-wise. Can i get banned for this? Relying on my trinkets for vision means we have significantly fewer wards and no sweepers compared to the opposing team.

I've even included a clip in a montage once when i played Kassadin support where i invaded the enemy lee sin and killed him in his jungle. But from what i've heard, that is negative attitude and i can get permanently banned for it. Is my account in danger because of it?

No, and if your referring to the singed dude situation, he was trolling his team, he didn't get banned for singed support.

If you use Ruby sightstone that's a LOT of health, and along with tarpons you easily get really beefy health wise with those two really cheap items.

Plus the FotM active is really good on Tank Supports, as it gives them and an ally a shield now, which most tanks supports cant do already.

To be honest, just the fact youre playing taric totally diferentiates the case of singed smite sup. its not about the gameplay, or being off-meta or even winning.

its about throwing your teammate in the gutter and being glad at it or not.
