Clarity issue: Rune pages are very hard to find in the store

Hello, after a couple friends asked me if rune pages could still be bought, i realized a lot of players are struggling with finding where you can buy rune pages.

The reason is this: when you enter the store, and go to the "gameplay" tab, the rune list defaults to Tier 3 runes. Meanwhile, if you go to Tier>Show all, Rune pages will also show up. That means the store, by default, hides rune pages in a way that makes them very difficult to find for your average players.

I figure this might be worth looking into, considering some players might not even understand its possible to buy rune pages, as they will never see the option to buy new ones.
