Have it charge up, with higher attack speed and range with each aa on enemy champions, but resetting the buff on minions. It would only last about 3 secs without autoing. Leave kog as a massive damage source but easy as ever to focus. Might need to nerf his interaction with rageblade (or rageblade itself) but I think it accomplishes his hopes and dreams of being a beautiful murderous butterfly

Alternately, his range ramps up with each consecutive attack against the same target. If he swaps targets then he loses the range bonus to prevent him from charging on the enemy Tank and then burning down the back line.

It would make a pretty nice alternative Innate.

This is broken overpowered. It would make his early game too powerful.
