Banshee's Veil need a new recipe, some like this:

Crystalline Bracer (600g) + 
Spectre's Cowl (1200g) + 1000g = 2800g 
Stats :
+450 health +55 magic resistance +150% base health regeneration Passive Unique: Grants a spell shield that blocks the next enemy ability. This shield refreshes after no damage is taken from enemy champions for 40 seconds.

Lord Dusteon1 votesOnly problem is Crystalline gives 50% hp regen and spectre's gives 100% if you got hit. Losing hp regen for upgrading is bad.
Venowolf1 votesYeah I know, that is the reason that I increase the price and the health regen a little bit, 50% more health regen and 50g more, I really feel the Crystaline Bracer fits very well.
