A possible ADC change that could work well

So, as we are likely all aware, ADC's have been causing some problems for a while now, and while I'll leave how exactly this possible change could be implemented up to Riot, there's two things that I personally think would work wonders for helping out the game, both of which are current features in the mobile MOBA Vainglory, and those things are fortified health, and the item breaking point.

First, fortified health, which is a mechanic that replaces a portion of your healthbar with fortified health, which is worth twice as much hp. Basically, if you got given 200 fortified health, you had 400 health effectively. This change works out pretty well because unlike shields, which just nullify damage entirely, fortified health still has you take damage to your health bar. So for example lets say you have 1000 health in total, and took 600 damage, if you had 200 fortified health, you'd lose that and lose 200 points of your health bar, so in total you lost 400 health, which is healthier than just getting a 400 health shield and only losing 200 points of health in total. And, fortified health isn't a heal, so if you only had 190 health and got given 200 fortified health, you'd still only get 190 fortified health. Basically, this mechanic could be implemented in League and replace the rampant amount of shields we have.

The other thing I mentioned, the item breaking point, is basically an item that when you deal a certain amount of damage you get a stack, each stack increases your AD by 10, and getting the next stack requires more damage to be dealt than the previous stack, up to a max of 25, this item basically makes it so carry's are still able to decimate a team, but they actually have to wait a little bit before they do that, and while this would likely require a rework of ADC itemization so whatever the league version of this item would be becomes the primary item for most adc's, I think it would be worth it so other champions actually have a chance to go and attempt to kill the adc without losing 75% of their health from just two auto attacks immediately when a fight breaks out, with this item that could still happen, but it would take a while for it to occur.
