They all stack with each-other but not with themselves:

item 3222 + item 3504 = Yay.

item 3222 + item 3222 = Nay.

Keep in mind that stacking them for the bonus probably isn't the best idea since Heals/Shields have AP ratios as well.

Personally I'd say that, as far as Shield and Heal bonuses is concerned, the hefty 20% offered by item 3222 in addition with AP items is probably the better route to go.
