PBE data: Soraka nerfed a little too hard
Soraka Q nerf 15% MS boost when Q LANDS, IF it lands, is now 10% on PBE, and that's a significant nerf because you need even MORE skill to outplay melee champions/assassins that are trying to snipe her, can it be 10% + .05 AP ratio? i feel like her other nerfs are compensated with 
but here's the main problem, as 
you need to buy 
before starting Athenes, now this is ~2100 gold, i feel like the 15-->10% nerf really cripples her in all stages of the game, early-mid-late, please think about implementing a 10% + .05-.1 % or something AP ratio to help her
