Hey, guys. I was watching a guide on ADC Caitlyn and just happened to stumble upon this one. It actually seems pretty smart. Those traps can get super annoying, and scale off AP. Her caliber net is basically a nuke that slows or re-positions Cait. Also, it seems like she builds frostfang for dat poke gold. Any thoughts?

Well, her net has an 80% AP ratio, and her trap has a 60% ratio. Longest range in the game also means she can poke (And effectively farm with Spell Thiefs) at a safe distance, while her traps prevent enemies from camping in bushes, diving turrets, and even hugging turrets if the trap is placed at a correct enough angle. Also, anyone building AP (Especially a support) isn't focusing on AA damage, but ability damage/utility more than anything.
Looks like it's really fun to play with a Teemo or a long range ADC like Varus.

Fun concept though. I've played around with this a while back, but this would be even stronger now with Luden's Echo.

There's another video on that channel where AP Maokai and AP Cait team up and kill people in one second with thier traps. It's hilarious. I wanna try this with Teemo.
The5lacker2 votesThere are enough items with AP Ratios themselves that this could theoretically work. I'm almost thinking Frost Queen into Gunblade. Odd, I know, but Gunblade has range, AP scaling damage, and a slow. Perfect for AP Cait.
