New idea for a support ult: The Hard Silence
The skill would end skills that have already begun such as a vayne ult or tryndamere ult.

This would completely break some champions.....
Remember how they said they didn't want someone kit to be countered by an item like QSS? You essentially want that on a champion ult meaning they wouldn't even be required to get an item. Not to mention it would be more effective than QSS.

Does that champion have anything except that ultimate? If so then no.
I like the idea of a disarmament spell instead. like rogues in wow used to dismantle and cause the person to lose their equipped weapon.
But instead would cause them to lose their most costly item in their build for x seconds.
Disarmament - Channel for 1 second to remove the targets most valuable items (Gold Cost) for X Seconds. (Balance sake) WOULD NOT BE AN ULTIMATE.
Make a true rogue.
